AIRFLIX is a streaming service operated by AIRFLIX. These Terms of Use (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of our websites, applications, and services (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not access or use the Services.

3. Ownership and Content

The Services are owned and operated by AIRFLIX. AIRFLIX and its licensors own all logos, images, video, text, graphics, photographs, and other content (collectively "Content") displayed on the Services. This Content is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

4. Subscription and Billing

Subscription

We charge a monthly or annual fee to access the Services. Your subscription will continue unless and until you cancel or we terminate it. You must provide a valid payment method to use your subscription.

Billing

By creating an account and providing a payment method, you authorize us to charge your subscription fee at the current rate on each billing date, plus any applicable taxes. We reserve the right to adjust pricing at any time. Any changes to your subscription fee will take effect following email notice to you.

Cancellation

Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each subscription period. You may cancel at any time. Cancellation will be effective at the end of the current billing period. You must cancel before renewal to avoid being billed for the next period.

No Refunds

Payments are non-refundable and there are no refunds or credits for partially used periods. Following cancellation, you will continue to have access until the end of your current billing period.

5. Account and Registration

Account Information

To use the Services, you must register for an account and provide accurate information. You agree not to mask your identity or provide false information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activities under your account.

Age Requirements

The Services are not intended for individuals under eighteen (18) years of age. If you are under 18, you are not permitted to register or provide personal information to AIRFLIX.

Account Sharing

Unless expressly permitted by your subscription plan, you may not share your subscription outside of your household. You are responsible for all use of your account, including use by other members of your household.

6. Streaming and Availability

You are responsible for internet access and compatible devices to use the Services. Content may be updated, removed, or replaced at any time. We do not guarantee that any particular Content will continue to be available.

We may limit the number of concurrent streams and devices on which you can watch Content. Display quality may vary based on your device, location, and internet connection speed.

7. Restrictions on Use

You may view Content for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not:

• Copy, download, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display Content
• Modify, create derivative works, or reverse engineer any part of the Services
• Circumvent any content protection or access controls
• Use the Services for any commercial purpose
• Share your account credentials with others outside your household
• Use automated tools to access or scrape the Services
• Engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the Services

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES AND CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. AIRFLIX expressly disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AIRFLIX shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• Your use of or inability to use the Services
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers
• Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Services
• Any bugs, viruses, or other harmful code transmitted through the Services

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AIRFLIX and its affiliates, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms, your use of the Services, or your violation of any rights of another.

11. Third-Party Links

The Services may contain links to third-party websites or services. AIRFLIX is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Services immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will cease immediately.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
